Problem in account opening through Ekyc enrollment
GITC COMMENT : This message is shown when the Aadhaar number being used by CSP is already present in Kiosk Database. It is observed that this error occurs when customer creation process is disrupted due to connectivity issue and CSP tries to continue with same reference number.
The issue is being looked into and necessary resolution is expected to be rolled out by next week. In the meantime, circle may advise us such cases where error is occurring due to sudden disruption of connectivity for deletion from backend.
